I was a deer lost in the middle of a lost road and I needed to get home to my mom. We kept running and then we passed our church. Then I said "We're Close". We kept going and we stopped at this fast food place with a skating with that you had to pay for it to appear. But we didn't know at that time. We then left to this table with food and started eating (remember we are still deers but everytime we went to the ice rink place we weren't deers somehow). Then we saw a lot of cars stop and then we saw animal control coming. So I hid and told my sister to hide under the table and then the animal control spot us so we kept running. They started chasing us. Then we saw this beautiful sky as we kept running. It was supposed to be night time but it wasn't. But the sky looked orange, blue, etc. It was so beautiful. But we were still on the run. Then we stopped at another fast food place the same as the last time but in another place (it was like a repeat). A this time we were humans somehow. We could skate still so we left. Then the police were after us and they catched my sister so I ran on the middle of 2 metal fences (I'm human still). I kept running and crossed a crosswalk to the other side. I went to this store which was supposed to be dollar tree but it wasn't. I was about to leave when i spotted the donuts outside. I got the donuts for my mom. They were from dunkin donuts. After that point I was lost on where my home was. I was just trying to get to my mom.
Dreams often reflect our subconscious thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and they can be rich with symbolism. In your dream, several key themes emerge that may hold significant meaning related to your current state of mind or life situation.
Being a Deer: Deers often symbolize gentleness, vulnerability, and the search for safety or belonging. Feeling lost as a deer could indicate feelings of vulnerability or a need for protection. The desire to return to your mom might signify a longing for comfort, support, or a sense of security.
The Journey Home: The quest to get home suggests a search for stability or a return to a familiar, safe place. This could relate to your current life—perhaps you are feeling disconnected or uncertain about where you stand, and you are seeking comfort, especially from family.
Recurring Places: The repeated encounters with fast food places and the skating rink may signify the importance of finding joy or pleasure amidst chaos. They could represent desire for fun or escapism, even when faced with challenges.
Animal Control and Police: The presence of authority figures like animal control and the police might reflect feelings of being chased or pressured by external expectations, rules, or societal norms. This can be indicative of anxiety or stress in waking life, where you feel the need to hide your true self or escape responsibilities.
The Beautiful Sky: The vibrant, beautiful sky amidst the chaos is significant. This imagery could represent hope and beauty found in difficult situations. It suggests that despite the challenges you face, there is still potential for joy or enlightenment if you can navigate through your fears.
Transformation Between Forms: The shift between being a deer and a human may symbolize transitions in your life or personal growth. This transformation might reflect your adaptability and ability to confront different aspects of yourself and your life circumstances.
Donuts for Your Mom: The act of getting donuts for your mom suggests a desire to provide or nurture those you care about. It may signify feelings of responsibility towards family or a wish to bring joy to them.
Feeling Lost: The overall sensation of being lost throughout the dream emphasizes a search for direction or purpose, especially regarding your relationship with family or fundamental aspects of your identity.
In summary, this dream may reflect a longing for security and connection to family while navigating challenges and feelings of vulnerability. It encourages reflecting on your current life situation and finding ways to connect with those feelings of safety, joy, and belonging. Consider how these themes might resonate with your waking life and what steps you might take to address any feelings of uncertainty or anxiety.
